So anyway, funny story my boss had last night.
Some lady rings up, he answers "hello, ronnie's pizza". and she asks "Oh hi, is that Ronnie's Pizza?" He says back "Yes, this is Ronnie's Pizza". You know, what he answered the phone with.
Next thing she asks... "Do you have pizza there?"
Naturally, he says "No, only kebabs"
And NATURALLY, she says "Oh... really? just kebabs... okay" and hangs up...

I'd probably go to Canada or the UK. Most likely Canada because it seems like a cooler place to be. Possibly Japan, even though I wouldn't last very long knowing the amount of Japanese I know, or Hong Kong, because I can at least understand a bit of Canto, and speak trace amounts of it, which would increase if I had to use it.

Impulse bought a paladin mini today because I thought it looked cool, and was an opportunity to learn how to paint flames. I walked out of Tin Soldier, and my first sentence was "Oh, shit, I don't have any yellow... nyeah I can't be arsed to buy one... oh HEY, I could try painting BLUE flames! That'd be cool, right?"

Still, fun XD. The Henshin noise is right, at least. Now I gotta get bettter at fitting the zecter into the brace without looking... having to stare at it isn't the coolest of ways

Hooray, I won myself a TheBee brace on ebay. And the moment I do, I search zecter again and find someone's put a Kabuto zecter up there as well. Oh well, I don't feel like being a pretentious prick anyway. Instead I feel like being an emo loser/issue-plagued guy :O
All I need now is a suit... then I can do another half ass cosplay of preferably Yagurama - Kageyama sucked, and Kagami will forever be Gatack. Lol... first things first though, I have to wait for Paypal to give me my money D:<

A tip to those buying Fenris for any reason (although it's probably just me...) :
Spend an extra AU$10 on a light jack wreck marker. It makes the pose contain some form of sense.
Observe:

Also... the reason why the mounted and dismountd versions have the same torso sculpt is because they actually DO have the same torso sculpt. Disappointing, however the cape ingenuity makes up for it marginally - they are both different in the angle they're flying around, yet they've been molded to fit into the same sockets at the back of the torso.
And did they honestly have to make one of the front legs a separate bit? Admittedly that's what pinning is for, but still... and lol, I even had to pin the other leg to the base to keep it on there better. I'm still scared the thing will topple off when I get around to painting it :/

First Supanova was an interesting experience. Sort of :P
Despite being stuck behind the table for most of the con, it was pretty good: WE WERE OPPOSITE THE FAMOUS PEOPLE :O
Bullet points of things that I remember (not many):

- sith_boy got a pic of Jewel Staite with his companion cube plushie! The running joke now is that sometime in the future, it'll crop up in an interview: Interviewer: "So what was your most bizarre convention experience?" Jewel: "Well there was this one time in Sydney, this guy asked if he could have a picture of me holding this cube thing" Ben watching interview: "THAT WAS MEEEEE!!!"
- We were between X7 and... I forget who, but I think they were Divinitas, also selling pirochan's doujins. Anyway, those people :P
- I managed to luck on the claw machine they had there, scored myself a giant Turtwig and two giant Chimchar's. The second Chimchar I allowed to be sold for $25 since I was annoyed at it - I WANTED PIPLUP DAMN IT - and got slapped in the back of the head by Flarey for it when it got sold in about... three minutes? Or so? -_-. I didn't have space in my room for the others, though, so I let Flarey keep the Turtwig and gave Sithboy the first Chimchar.
- I had a little fun nerding out with alfredman's Kabuto zecter - it's a little sad (no, not really :O) that I managed to do everything right with it on the first try. Although that's a slight lie, I was pushing the 1 2 3 buttons and wondering why it wasn't saying the right then - then I realised I had to Cast Off FIRST before I could set up a Rider Kick... lol, but now I want one. Or at least a TheBee brace and a pinstripe suit, for an even MORE obscure cosplay...
- Purchases:

* Pokemon plushies (don't count, and I can't remember how much I sank into that damn machine)

* Creepy ladies at the BJD table two tables up from us...
* CTHULU - who Sithboy managed to get a photo of while he was holding up our "Don't worry, I'm from the Internet" stickers XD

* The same rather cool DMC3 pre-mission 7 Dante from Animania March
* The usual stupidly large amount of L, Naruto and Kingdom Hearts cosplayers
* Many, many doctors XD

My main concern at the moment is how stable the axe head is. I didn't pin it particularly deep (despite there being a pin running through his whole fist connecting the two parts of it) so it's a little wobbly. I hope the green stuff cures solid to stop that.
I also managed to drill a small part of my thumb when making the hole in the elf head's hair for its pin... lol me

First exam for the semester failed. QUITE miserably, I might add - but hey, with any luck, I'll have managed to scrape out 25%+ for it, and then be given a pass for the rest of the unit. EVERYTHING hinges on the other marks I've gotten so far - in particular, the 90/100 I ripped off for the 20% group project...
